The service was easy to use and understand. Each person I spoke to either via email, phone or video call was very helpful and neutral. They were clear on what could happen and ensured I understood the process and what came next. The sensitive nature of what needed to be talked about was listened to in a way that felt safe.
The mediator was professionally charming with extensive knowledge. I have confidence in the mediator and the service was easy to use, even for a sixty-one year old youngster like me using Zoom for the first time in February 2022. This is my first mediation though, so I have nothing to compare them with but have no problems - so far. :)
Survey booked in for 4th June, received phonecall 21st May to say been done and once I received report if had any queries could contact surveyor direct (Paul Scott). Then received the written report 22nd May. Over the moon with the efficient service and very explanatory report. Thery were very helpful when I rang with a little query. Definately recommend this company.
